• Authenticate users to access the internet
• Process internet access subscription.
• Integrate supported payments systems.
• Monitor usage and analytics
• Manage multiple hotspot locations

Fodabe Solutions reserves the right to modify, improve suspend or discontinue any portionof teh service at any time.

To access certain services you may be required to create an administartor account. By creating an account you agree to

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your credentials secure
• Maintain current account information
• Notify Fodabe Solutions of any unauthorized account access / activity.

You are Fully responsible for teh activities occurring under your account

Customers using Fodabe Solutions agree to:

• Operate on the network lawfully
• Maintain ownership or authorization to manage connectd routers and networks.
• Comply with the applicable telecommunications and data protection act / (laws).
• Ensure that the hotspot users are notified on the applicable policies

Customer remain responsible for the operation of their networks and internet services in cases where -- (owner / customer / admin) is using the Fodabe Solution's billing infrastructure to bill their own (internet / wifi / internet source )

Fodabe Solution does not provide the Fodabe Solutions' billing infrastructure for use with Internet sources such as ( Safaricom Homne wifi routers, Airtel Home, and / or and other restricted Internet Sources for use by public on Payments. )

Certain Services my require payment.

By using paid Services, you agree that:

• Applicable fees will be clearly communicated.
• You consent to payment be Processed by third party (Safaricom PLC)
• You consent to subscription fee be payable according to the selected package
• Failire to payment may result to suspension of services.

Fodabe Solutions does not guarantee uninterupted access where payments providers experiences downtime technical issues.

By using Our services you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws as in the Kenyan Data Protection Act, (2019)
• Engage in fraud and deceptive activities.
• Distrubute malware or harmfull softwares over the internet.
• Interfere with network operations.
• Attemp on unauthorized access to accounts or systems without a liscence or consent of the account owner or system authorization.
• Abuse , disrupt, or overload teh system without authorization form Fodabe Solutions or other platform / systems.

Fodabe Solutions may integrate with third-parties including:

• Safaricom PLC -- For processing payments
• Cloud infrastracture providers -- To manage records
• Analytic Services -- To Analyze data on progress of our services
• Communication Platforms -- To process services such as SMS,

Fodabe Solution is not responsible for outages , failures or actions of third-party services.
